Food Safety Records for Vans, Trailers and Event Kitchens

Yes. A check signed in a field with no signal is still a check signed in a field — records save on the unit and sync when connectivity returns. Exports show both timestamps: when it was signed on the unit, and when CaterPad received it.

Send a PDF pack, or a read-only browser link that expires after 1, 3, 7 or 30 days. The recipient needs no account. The pack can include insurance, gas safety, training certificates and the records for whichever dates they have asked about.

Opening and closing checks, fridge and probe temperatures, delivery acceptance, incidents, cleaning, cooking and cooling logs, your allergen matrix, fitness-to-work records, and storage for documents and certificates. Each record is signed by a named person.

Van is £9.99 a month or £99.90 a year for one unit. Kitchen is £39 a month for three units, and Group is £69 a month with eight units included and £10 a month for each one after that. Every plan has a 14-day trial — a card is needed up front, but cancel inside the trial and you pay nothing.

Your records stay yours. You can export everything at any time, and read and export access continues for 90 days after you cancel. Record history is never capped on any tier.

Yes. The interface is bilingual English and Welsh, and runs on iOS, Android and the web.
